These terms govern the text-message program operated by Active Little Learners, LLC, doing business as The Little Gym of Danvers. By checking a consent box on one of our forms, texting us first, or giving us your number in person and agreeing to receive texts, you agree to these terms.
The Little Gym of Danvers sends text messages to parents and guardians who have opted in. Depending on which consent boxes you checked, these include:
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of enrolling in any class.
We typically send about 3–4 messages a month. Frequency varies depending on your enrollment and the messages you have opted in to.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply, and you are responsible for them. Check your plan with your carrier if you are unsure.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further texts from this program. To rejoin, opt in again through a form on this site or ask us at the gym. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your enrollment and does not affect your child's classes.

Delivery of text messages depends on your mobile carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may not be available on all carriers or all devices.
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; continuing to participate in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
